Experiences with Energy Efficiency Resource Standards

This workshop will bring together experts from the U.S. and a number of international representatives from the IEA DSM Programme member countries to discuss their experience with the use of energy efficiency resource standards (also called portfolio standards, white certificates or efficiency obligations) that are typically placed on electric utilities or related providers of energy services to their customers.
